Bio

Ryan is a Founding Partner of Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Ryan is responsible for all activities of the firm including sourcing, evaluating and enabling the growth of Shore investments. Currently, Ryan is a Director of Behavioral Innovations, BrightView, Navia Benefit Solutions, Transformations Care Network, Hueman, and CG Life, and was a past Director of the Florida Autism Center. He serves as Chairman of Community Care Partners, Point C, and Tandem. Ryan also served as past Director of Sirona Infusion, ClearPath Diagnostics, Michigan Rehabilitation Specialists, Fast Pace Urgent Care, the Stepping Stones Group, and Navia Benefit Solutions.

 

Outside of the office, Ryan is actively involved with the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and the Financial Markets Institute of Michigan State University, an organization that prepares undergraduate students for careers in financial services.

 

Ryan received his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and received a B.A. in Accounting from the Honors College at Michigan State University.
