Matt Sweeney

Matt is a Principal at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Matt’s responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating and enabling the growth of Shore investments in the business services industry.

 

Prior to joining Shore, Matt was an investment professional at Enhanced Healthcare Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm in New York. His experience included conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities and implementing value creation initiatives within portfolio investments. He worked most closely with investments in the dermatology, ambulance service, and primary care sectors. Previously, Matt was an investment banking analyst at Houlihan Lokey in the Healthcare Group.

 

Matt received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Finance and Healthcare Management and a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.  He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
