Paul is a Manager on the Shore Resource Team at Shore Capital Partners, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have $1-10 million of EBITDA. Paul’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.
Prior to joining Shore, Paul worked at L.E.K. Consulting, a leading global strategy consulting firm, as an M.B.A. intern. While at L.E.K., Paul assisted in the completion of diligence efforts focused on the medical technology sector. Prior to joining L.E.K., Paul worked as an operations leader supporting aerospace and defense programs at Lockheed Martin. While at Lockheed, Paul was selected for and graduated from the Operations Leadership Development Program, led mechanical integration and testing efforts for commercial spacecraft, supervised production of the F-35 military aircraft, and served as the flight test lead for a submarine-launched ballistic missile program.
Paul received a dual-degree M.B.A. and M.S. in Human-Centered Design Innovation from the Kellogg School of Management and the McCormick College of Engineering at Northwestern University and received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University’s Honors Engineering Program.
