Alexandra Filippelli

Alexandra is the Director of Talent at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Alexandra assists in the recruitment of best-in-class board and executive leadership talent across Shore Capital’s portfolio companies, including the curation of a senior leader network, and driving innovation of assessment and human capital best practices.

 

Previously, Alexandra served as a Senior Recruiter at McKinsey & Company. Alex led recruiting efforts for the Capabilities and Insights path within McKinsey’s Client Capability Network where she was responsible for identifying, assessing, and attracting top talent for the firm.

 

Prior, Alexandra spent six years working in executive search firms. At Russell Reynolds & Associates and Korn Ferry,  Alexandra worked on C-level searches for public, private, and private equity clients within the Industrial sector.

 

Alexandra graduated with a BBA in Sales and Business Marketing from Western Michigan University.
