Gaurav Chaudhry

Gaurav is a Senior Associate at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Gaurav is responsible for conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities and for implementing value creation initiatives within portfolio investments.

 

Prior to joining the investment team, Gaurav was a Shore CXO at Community Care Partners, an urgent care and primary care services provider. Before joining the Shore CXO program, Gaurav worked as an Associate at New Harbor Capital, a healthcare and education-focused private equity firm based in Chicago. Prior to New Harbor, Gaurav worked as an Analyst in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Investment Banking group.

 

Gaurav received an M.B.A from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Finance and Business Economics with distinction from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
