Navia Benefit Solutions

In February 2021, Shore announced the sale of Navia Benefit Solutions, a third-party administrator of Flexible Spending Accounts and other tax-advantaged benefits including Commuter and Transit Benefits, Health Savings Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, and COBRA services to TA Associates. Shore and Navia executed a growth plan that included five (5) strategic acquisitions and substantial organic growth.
