The Executive Leadership Academy (ELA) is our Super Bowl. It is an annual three-day event that brings Shore portfolio senior leaders together with operating partners, Shore team members, and prominent speakers to build relationships, share experiences, and collaborate across the Shore network. In 2023, 500+ team members came together to grow faster with less risk.

Centers of Excellence Cohorts
Shore’s COE Cohorts are a powerful professional development experience designed to give you and your fellow leaders hands-on experience in key disciplines. You’ll work in small groups with our COE leaders in each functional department to learn practical skills for your future growth. Cohorts meet virtually or in person 4-5 times per year to promote continual networking and idea sharing.
